Lighting Workshop 2011

This lighting experience was produced by Rensselaer's Lighting Research Center Lighting Workshop, a research and design class integrating technology, design, policy, and communication, taught by Professor Russ Leslie. On April 29, 2011, the exhibition, visible IN visible, explored concepts using light and materials as the primary media. It delivered a unique experience for each visitor. The show was curated by LRC graduate students Natalia Lesniak and Kate Sweater. Original light art from LRC students and staff was displayed.

The storefront gallery location was donated for the night as part of The Store Front Project and advertising was provided in part by Troy Night Out, a citywide event held monthly in Troy, NY.
