Abstract Originally constructed in 1911 as a furniture store, this building was gutted and remodeled to house government and professional offices in 1992-93. Occupancy sensors control most lighting systems, which include 2'x4' troffers with parabolic louvers and T8 lamps, cove uplights with long twin-tube fluorescent lamps, and wall washers with compact fluorescent lamps.
