This new building consists mainly of double rooms with extra-wide single beds and a private bath. There will also be a limited number of singles. Each room will also have individual controls for air conditioning.

Other building amenities include a laundry room, a small fitness center, access-controlled entrances, limited on-site parking, and conference and classroom meeting spaces.
